Dr. Williams was born in the Greater Cincinnati area and received his Medical Degree and his Bachelor of Science Degrees from the University of Kentucky. He completed his general surgery residency in 1986 and was board certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1989. Following completion of his plastic surgery residency at Ohio State University, he returned to practice in greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Dr. Williams is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), and the Greater Cincinnati Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
